An Evening with America’s Heroes

In September 2014, Texas businessman H. Ross Perot and his wife, Margo, together with their son and daughter-in-law, Ross and Sarah, hosted «An Evening with America’s Heroes.» The dinner, at the Perot Museum of Nature and Science in Dallas, introduced about 200 guests to the Museum Foundation’s plans to build the new National Medal of Honor Museum. Nine Medal of Honor recipients attended as Guests of Honor: Patrick H. Brady (USA), Bruce P. Crandall (USA), Harold A. Fritz (USA), Robert J. Modrzejewski (USMC), Robert E. O’Malley (USMC), Leroy Petry (USA), James A. Taylor (USA) and Jay R. Vargas (USMC). The evening ended with the nine recipients joining Lee Greenwood on stage for a moving rendition of God Bless the USA. All photos by Nan Coulter Photograhy, Dallas, Texas.
